I was raised in a home where Jesus Christ was the focus. I was saved at the age of five years old when my mom shared with me how Jesus paid the penalty for my sin and I could be forgiven. I’m thankful for the role my parents played in guiding me toward the Lord and His word! I attended the Word of Life Bible Institute in 1996. During my 2nd year, I dedicated my life to missions at the Missions Conference. The Lord then led me to a year with the Impact Team and 2 years in the Intern and Discipleship Program. I was accepted as a Word of Life (WOL) missionary to Portugal in 2001 and got married to Leilani in 2002.

Brent Finchum and his wife Stacy are youth ministries missionaries/coaches living in Birmingham, Alabama. During the years of serving churches, they have had the opportunity to minister thousands of students, both in the USA and abroad. Through their ministry they challenge young people to become wholly devoted followers of Christ. They aspire to see this generation rise up and lead a movement that will wake up the church and change the world as we know it.

Cam Triggs loves Jesus. God saved Cam from wrath, sin, death, and Satan in 2005. He began studies at University of Central Florida as a Religious Studies major & continued his education at Reformed Theological Seminary where he earned a Masters of Arts in Theological Studies. After three years of student ministry at Shiloh Church under the leadership of HB Charles Jr., he followed the call to start a gospel-centered multiethnic church. He completed a 9 month church planting residency at the Summit Church where JD Greear is the Lead Pastor. Cam now enjoys loving God & loving people at Grace Alive Church. More importantly, he is married to his beautiful best friend Tymara Triggs and the proud father of Cameron Triggs II.

Brandon has been leading worship for over 15 years, traveling to locations all around the world spreading the Gospel, and encouraging the church through song. Growing up, he was introverted, and did not like the attention that came when people realized his musical talents, so he hid them for many years… It wasn’t until he was 15 that the Lord was able to finally get a hold of his heart and reveal to him that his talents and abilities were not to hide in a closet, nor to make a name for himself, but to point others to Jesus and His kingdom.

Rich and Lynn have been serving with Word of Life since 1992. They ministered on Word of Life Island in Schroon Lake, NY for 4 summers and at Word of Life Ranch in Pottersville, NY as the Co-Director for 5 summers. They were asked to join the staff of Word of Life Florida in Hudson in 2000. Rich currently serves as the Word of Life Director of Florida Ministries. They are both graduates of the 1st and 2nd year program at Word of Life Bible Institute and Rich has a Bachelor of Science from Trinity College of New Port Richey, Fl. in Management and Ethics. God has blessed them with three energetic and enthusiastic kids (Gavyn, Javen, Lynneah)

I was raised in a pastors home so I heard the Gospel from a very young age. I remember being in the car with my dad and asking him how could I have Jesus in my heart like my older brother. That day he walked me back through the beautiful truth of how Christ died in my place to pay for my sins. And that He rose again to prove He had defeated death and the grave. HE told me that by grace through faith I could have a personal relationship with Christ.

Jordan and his wife, Bonnie, both grew up in Christian families and came to faith in Jesus as children. They attended Word of Life Bible Institute from 1998 to 2000. It was there that they met and began serving the Lord together. They saw the influence that Word of Life missionaries had in both of their churches, and with their youth leaders. They wanted to have that same kind of ministry – encouraging and training youth leaders, sharing the gospel, and seeing youth challenged to serve the Lord with their lives.

After being accepted as missionaries with Word of Life Local Church Ministries in 2003, Jordan and Bonnie spent the next ten years ministering in Eastern and Central Michigan. In 2014, they relocated to the Mid-Atlantic region where they continue to serve with Word of Life.
