How does arrival and registration work?

Every guest must check in on Sunday between 2-5 PM even if you come a day earlier. To make your registration faster make sure the following are taken care of ahead of time: Payment made in full, ALL guests added to reservation, & Registered kids added to kidcheck.com.

How does check out work?

Check out is between 7:30AM-10AM.

Guests in cabins must be checked out by 9AM.
Guests staying on a camp site must be checked out by 10AM. When checking out please bring keys and site charge card with you.

How many people can stay on a site, before extra person charges?

4 people age 13+ before extra charge will be applied.

Is smoking or drinking allowed?

No smoking or drinking. Please visit our policies page here.

What programs do you offer for children during summer camp?

We offer programs for all youth ages.

0-3 years

Our staff is prepared to care for your little one’s every need. Care for this age group is offered during each morning and evening session & during the Thursday evening concert.

4-7 

Their mornings are full of games, songs, a lesson, crafts, outdoor playtime & many adventures.

8-12 years (The left room underneath the pool area) 

Like the 4-7 year olds, their mornings are full of games, songs, lessons, crafts and outdoor playtime. .

Teen Program (right under the pool area)

The students start a couple of the mornings in the main session and then have a talk back time on the Lewis Lodge Porch to apply what they learned. The rest of the mornings, our staff teach lessons directed to the teens.

What is the dining experience like?

Dining at The Pines is casual. You can purchase meals individually as you desire or you can opt for one of our meal plans. We are sure you will love joining other guests and staff at Lewis Lodge. Breakfast is served 7:30-9:00, Lunch is 12:30-1:15 and supper is served 5:00-6:00.
